According to United States Department of State, person selected for DV 2008 will be notified by mail, but not by email between May and July 2007 and will be provided further instructions, including information on fees connected with immigration to the U.S. Those individuals NOT selected will NOT receive any notification. DV-2008 visas will be issued between October 1, 2007 and September 30, 2008. Successful individuals must process and must be issued DV by midnight on September 30, 2008. It is impossible to receive Diversity Visa after this date.
